CÍRIO DE NAZARÉ CIRCUIT
It is in the northern region of Brazil that the largest Catholic procession in the world takes place: the Círio de Nazaré.
During the month of October, the city of Belém decorates itself to celebrate the saint's passing. Belém do Pará is a city with more than one million inhabitants, located in the middle of the Amazon Forest, on the banks of the Guamá River, in the Guajará Bay. Belém carries a very strong Portuguese culture which, together with native Indians and black Africans, formed a genuinely Brazilian culture.

Durante o mês de outubro a cidade de Belém se enfeita para celebrar a passagem da santa. Belém do Pará é uma cidade com mais de um milhão de habitantes, está situada em plena Floresta Amazônica, às margens do rio Guamá, na baia do Guajará. Belém carrega uma cultura portuguesa muito forte que, juntamente com nativos e negros africanos, formaram uma cultura genuinamente brasileira.
